11/2008 - Studio 2108 - out grows current space at 3801 Wyoming and signs a 5 year lease and will be moving into a larger office space located at 1808 Chouteau Avenue in January 2009.

As of 1/2/09 The new office is located at:

1808 Chouteau Avenue - located in Historic Lafayette Square. The new 1750 sq ft space is being built out to our needs and will take up the entire first floor of the 3 story building.

10/2008 - An observation of the effectiveness of banner ads on stltoday.com vs a link on lafayettesquare.org

The Gateway Cup group purchased/secured 1 million banner ad image views on stltoday.com - it went live around 8/20/08 or so. What I find amazing is that out of the 13,000 unique visitors to the gatewaycup.com website between 8/15 - 9/15 stltoday.com only provided 159 of those visitors. That is not very effective in my mind.

Where the link on the home page of lafayettesquare.org - ls.org provided 417 of the visits to the site doubled that of stltoday.com during the same time period. This probably had something to do with the TV spot the day of the race. But still lafayettesquare.org averages 3500 unique visitors a month.

7/1/08 - Studio 2108 recently launched a redesigned website for Med Plus Staffing. On the new website is an flash animation allowing the user to click on the different services offered. Studio 2108 is adding content to the pages and maintaining the web site. We also designed the new logo for them as well.

5/6/08 - Studio 2108 recently launched a redesigned and developed Bike St. Louis web site. On the new website is an interactive flash map allowing the user to zoom in and see different routes of the Bike St. Louis map. Studio 2108 is also hosting and maintaining the web site.

The user has the ability to colorize the uniform along with adding team name to preview the style and color before an order is placed.

7/12/07 - Lafayette Square Restoration Committee, located in the National Historic District of Lafayette Square Neighborhood in St. Louis, MO, has launched a new web site at: http://www.lafayettesquare.org. The website serves the residents and businesses in the vicinity of Lafayette Park, which is oldest park west of the Mississippi River, established in 1836 by Mayor Darby. Lafayette Square is on the National Register of Historic Places and contains historic homes that are featured on its House Tour twice a year.

The site features neighborhood notices, discussion forums, restoration guidelines, historical features, and a directory of local businesses. It also includes a content management system for authorized users to make changes to the website instantly.
